My name is Caroline and I have been running Selftapes.co.uk alongside my acting career for over five years now. I have developed a passion for helping other actors achieve their potential and after several requests from returning clients, I am now offering scene study and coaching sessions. These sessions can be tailored to your specific needs, together we can work on an upcoming audition or self tape , character study for a new job or more generalised acting technique and guidance. The sessions are open to actors of all experiences and backgrounds.

My Story
As an actress with over a decade of experience in the industry, I have had the privilege of working on a variety of projects, from independent films to major television shows. My credits include roles in series such as "Carnival Row" (Amazon Studios) "Once Upon a Time" (ABC Studios) and Sleepy Hollow (Fox).
I started acting after graduating from the University of St Andrews in 2009. After working in the UK for a few years I moved to Los Angeles before returning to London in 2016. Along the way I have been fortunate to work with some brilliant acting coaches including Lisa Robertson, Michael Adams and Jonathan Slavin.
As an actress one of my greatest joys is to delve into a scene with a fellow performer. My passion in life and art has always been about connecting with and understanding people. I believe in celebrating the power of empathy in performance. I really love nurturing and guiding other actors in this process. My main objective is always to bring the greatest truth out of the scenes and to create nuanced performances unique to each specific actor.
I believe that building up confidence and a sense of play is key to a great audition!
